Steven Hemingway
Steve Hemingway is a philanthropist and executive coach for the company. Having years of experience with the management of global health, safety and environmental solutions, Steve recognized that employees are a company's most valued asset. He created strategies to help organizations efficiently run their operation to be profitable while driving a positive culture in which the health and well-being of their employees, and the communities in which they operate, are viewed as an indispensable value.
Steve loves being outdoors in nature. He is an avid walker and bike riding is one of his favorite exercises. Steve is a “foodie” and loves going to the local Farmer’s Markets to purchase delicious vegetables for his favorite meals.
Stacy Harris
Stacy is a board member and believes in and follows the 7 Simple Steps. “We all have the ability to change ourselves and the world for the better.” In the mid 1980’s Stacy was influenced by an article on natural vs. processed food. Thus, her journey began to educate herself on living a healthy lifestyle not only with food, also changing the personal care and cleaning products she uses, to natural and chemical free, understanding the negative impact chemicals and additives have on health and our environment. A Pescatarian, she changed to a mainly plant based diet last year after attending a speaking engagement with Dr. Michael Greger on the benefits of a plant based diet. She has seen a positive change. This diet may not be for everyone but small changes can make a difference in your health. It is not too late and no matter your age, you too can live a long, healthy life. We only have one body and one life. Be positive and enjoy the journey to great health!
Kathy Spencer
Kathy is a board member and believes that “there is no substitute for good health. What it boils down to for me is either pay the farmer or pay the doctor. I happily pay the farmer. Fresh air, clean drinking water and moderate exercise are essential. These are the magic bullets. Very simple concepts for a healthy life.” After graduating from Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge MA, Kathy founded Adamsville Therapeutic Massage in Westport. Having developed the practice for six years, she decided to open Spencer Muscular Therapy in Dighton to serve the good people of her immediate area. Currently a member of the American Massage Council and the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, Kathy follows a specific code of ethics and works with the highest regard and integrity for the profession.
