Donna’s Hummus with Veggies and Gluten-free Crackers

Hummus is one of those spreads that can make anything taste better. I used to buy the ones in the grocery stores that were all natural and they tasted great. But, when I realize just how easy it is to make my own, I was so happy that I could have some in the refrigerator at all times on hand. One thing about hummus is you can add anything to your chick peas and it always comes out delicious. I have used caramelized onions and garlic, cooked peas and carrots, roasted cauliflower and broccoli and the results have been amazing! I created a simple version that anyone can make and you can adjust the spices the way you want them.

In The 7 Simple Steps program, you will learn how to "fit out," eat healthy, exercise, volunteer, improve your sleep, be grateful and practice sustainability. This program can help anyone who wants to make positive lifestyle changes and improve their health.

The 7 Simple Step Program can be customized to use with a client in a health coaching session, teaching a small or large group, and in a classroom setting.

Ideally, it would be our hope to get this program to families and work with them to create a plan that will help everyone get healthy together!
