Creamy Asian Style Chickpeas and Broccoli
The majority of people love Asian flavors and dishes. This creamy Asian sauce has such amazing flavors and textures, and it certainly won't disapoint your taste buds. By using chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, and broccolli, they both offer a variety of health benefits. Chickpeas are rich in fiber and protein and just a cup of chickpeas provides almost 1/3 of an adult's protein needs.
Broccoli is a great source of vitamins K, C, folate (folic acid), potassium and fiber. With both vegetables you are getting your daily dose of essential vitamins.
These two ingredients are powerhouses of packed vitamins and minerals. They will help boost your health and vitality! Making a meal with these ingredients, not only makes it delicious, but super healthy as well!
You can use any vegetables that you and your family like. The sauce will pair nicely with just about anything to create an Asian flair.
You can also use any type of rice, or if you like pasta better, that will work as well.
