Eating is not merely a material pleasure. Eating well gives a spectacular joy to life and contributes immensely to goodwill and happy companionship. It is of great importance to the morale.  ~Elsa Schiaparelli

Cauliflower, which is part of the broccoli family, is usually a vegetable that some people don't consider when thinking about what vegetable to eat. They don't know how to prepare it, or they have had it so bland that they never want to eat it again!  When cooked right, just like brussels sprouts, the taste is fantastic and can be used in a lot of different recipes.  Just roasting the florets with olive oil and salt will taste delicious. People have been using it in place of mashed potatoes and pizza crusts! By knowing how healthy vegetables are for us and preparing them in a delicious way will make eating them a wonderful happy and satisfying experience!
